Q: What if I cannot attend all the sessions live?
A: While attending live will present you with the optimal experience, all sessions will be recorded and available for you to access for 4 weeks after the retreat.

Q: What platform will be used to access the calls?
A: Zoom will be used for the entire retreat, participants will be sent a call link with their registration packet.

Q: What will I need for this retreat?
A: Participants will need a yoga mat/towel, journal, computer with access to zoom, and anything to make yourself cozy at home. Supply lists and details sent upon registration.

Q: Do I need yoga and meditation experience to participate?
A: From beginner yogi to advanced, this retreat space is open to any woman that feels called to join. All activities are guided with care, and movement sessions include options for all levels.

Q: How many women will be in this retreat?
A: The retreat has a maximum capacity of 20 women in order to keep the space intimate.
